Welcome to Designs Away. By subscribing to our design services, you agree to the following terms:
Designs Away offers design services on a subscription basis, including branding, web design, social media graphics, and related creative assets.
Services are requested through Trello and delivered within an average of 2–3 business days per request. Larger projects may take longer.
Payment is processed via Stripe at the beginning of each billing cycle.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time; no refunds for partial billing cycles.
Clients must provide necessary information, brand assets, and feedback promptly to ensure timely delivery.
Designs Away is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or feedback.
Upon full payment, you own the rights to final designs delivered.
Designs Away retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios or marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Source files are provided upon request.
Unlimited revisions are included; however, only one (Standard) or two (Pro) requests will be active at a time.
Turnaround times are estimates and not guarantees.
Designs Away will not create content involving hate speech, illegal activity, or adult material.
We reserve the right to decline projects that conflict with our values or legal standards.
Designs Away is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered designs.
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the most recent billing cycle.
We may suspend or terminate services if payments fail or terms are violated.
Clients may cancel anytime; access to Trello/Slack will end upon cancellation.
These terms are governed by the laws of Los Angeles, California.
